At CINECOLOR, we stand behind the precision of our high-end electronics and cinema equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Order History' tab to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific hardware.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and attach it securely to the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
